What Now? Actionable Directives

For Schools

  • Question Everything: Frequent "sick notes" without a doctor's proof? Interrogate their digital well-being.
  • Climate Check: Are WhatsApp groups spiraling out of control? Make it a frontline topic in class (without naming names).
  • Safe Zones: Offer the child a shielded space during breaks (library, staff room) if they are terrified of encounters.

For Parents

  • Take It Seriously: "Stomachaches" before school are brutally real. Seek communication, not a screaming match.
  • Device Check: If your child flat-out refuses to go to school: Look into the class chat (together). The poison is usually hiding there.
  • Close Ranks: Ally with the school. Expose online incidents directly to the homeroom teacher.
